Ordering and Payment

We operate a secure on-line ordering system, where you may order and pay for goods using credit card, cheque with order, or bank transfer. The prices shown for all products can be seen proir to ordering via our online ordering system. We do not provide account facilities on demand, regular clients may be offered account facilities at our sole descretion. If you require a pro-forma invoice to facilitate payment, you may obtain one on-line by following the on-line order process, selecting pay by cheque, then take the option to print a pro-forma invoice.

Dispatches - UK Destinations:

For, non chemical, orders received before Midday (Monday - Friday) dispatch will be on the day of order receipt subject to availability and cleared funds. For orders received after Midday (Monday - Friday), at weekends or on statutory holidays dispatch will be on the next working day subject to availability and cleared funds.

Dispatches - European Destinations (Outside UK):

All Products Other Than Hazardous Chemicals;

For orders received before Midday (Monday - Friday) dispatch will be on the day of order receipt subject to availability and cleared funds. For orders received after Midday (Monday - Friday), at weekends or on statutory holidays dispatch will be on the next working day subject to availability and cleared funds.

Hazardous Chemicals:

Orders containing chemicals will be dispatched as soon as possible after the customer has paid both for the goods and the shipping costs. Though we are shipping very small qantities, most carriers will not accept shipments containing the chemicals offered on our web site.

The carrier that we use will delievry only to UK mainland post codes where delivery can be effected by road. Note: This excludes Islands and Northern Island.

Important Note:

When placing an online order, shipping option UK 24-48Hrs MUST be selected. However chemical orders may not be despatched on the same day as we receive your rorder, we will ship chemical orders with the minimum of delay, delivery will normally be within 7 working datys of order.

Customer Collections - Hazardous Chemical Products ONLY:

Customers wishing to avoid paying delivery charges may elect to collect their orders for hazardous chemical products previously placed and paid for on-line

(Please note that restrictions exist within the UK with regard to the type of vehicle which may be used for collecting hazardous goods and the qualifications of the driver involved. It is the responsibility of the customer collecting hazardous goods to ensure compliance with UK transport laws. We reserve the right NOT to load hazardous chemicals onto any transport which we consider may not be legal). It is the responsibility of customers collecting goods for export from the UK to make their own arrangements for the preparation of any required export documentation.

Please indicate by email when placing your order that you wish to collect indicating the time and date of the planned collection. Orders will normally be ready for collection on the next working day after order placement.

Collections may be made Monday - Friday 0900 - 1600 Hrs. Please bring a copy of your order acknowledgement as proof of purchase.
